The course will provide you with client assessment skills, exercise prescription, advanced teaching techniques, as well as a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology and associated pathologies.
The 10596NAT Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology is an intermediate level qualification for the Pilates industry, using holistic training principles. This Integrated Diploma allows students to complete the 52855WA Certificate IV Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology along the way, enabling the first part of the qualification.

Who should attend this course? | This course is suited to any one wanting to pursue a part-time or full time career as a Pilates equipment instructor/practitioner, within an existing Pilates studio/workplace, working as part of an Allied Health team or intending to work independently. |
Prerequisites: | There are no entry qualification for the integrated 10596NAT Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology which includes the 52855WA Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology. |

How long is the course? | Delivered over 10 contacts of face-to-face training spread over one year a total of 200 hours (120 hours + 80 hours student clinics), and additional time to complete the necessary assessments, online learning components and clinical/personal practice hours. Compulsory student clinics are offered to assist students complete their clinical practice requirements. |
