At Phoenix Pilates, the philosophy is about empowering people through movement- from elite athletes training hard to achieve professional goals, to people recovering from injury, pre and postnatal women, dancers and everyday folk wanting to become stronger and reach their health goals.

The Phoenix team is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest research in exercise science.

There is a general focus on offering face to face training during the weekends – when the studio is less booked by clients and daily classes, but students are welcome to observe, participate in and commence their teaching practice during the week. There is also a ‘student clinic’ on Fridays which is another opportunity to practice, ask questions and interact with fellow students in a supportive and welcoming environment.
