Pilates Group Reformer Training Course

Who should do this course:Anyone interested in a career as a Pilates Group Reformer trainer.  Anyone who loves Pilates and wants to learn to instruct others. This course is designed to equip graduates with the skills to teach Group Reformer classes in a range of contexts.  The course covers all the components of becoming a great Instructor-  anatomy & physiology, teaching methods, program design, pathologies & conditions common in a Pilates class setting and an extensive range of Essentials to Advanced Reformer repertoire.
Prerequisites:There are no prerequisites, however it is suggested that some prior experience in Pilates is beneficial
Pre-course Study:5 hours
How long is the course?2 1/2 days of face-to-face training and additional time to complete the necessary Assessments and online learning components.  The course requires students to undertake self practice (15 hours), completion of theoretical and practical assessments along with observation & clinical practice hours (30 hours).
