This training program is comprised of a skill set made up of the following Units of Competency from our Certificate IV (52855WA) and Diploma (10596NAT) of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology, enabling graduates to seamlessly articulate into the Certificate IV or Diploma at any time in the future.

The repertoire we have included in the Intermediate/Advance curriculum has included some traditional Pilates Reformer exercises as well as some developed by Tensegrity Training that been developed to extend students in working their bodies on the Reformer in Multiplanal ways and with attention to spinal articulation.
Our Reformer Instructor course will grant students access to the range of Tensegrity Training’s well-established programs, services, references, resources, online learning and continuing education opportunities.
Practice Reformer teaching is provided within your Reformer Instructor course and all instructor courses with Tensegrity Training give students access to regular student clinics for practice teaching.

In this course, you will learn an extensive repertoire of Reformer Essentials exercises. You will also learn about using the Reformer for basic rehabilitation. The learning in this course will assist you to effectively use a Reformer in your work.

This course builds upon your existing knowledge of the Reformer and both Reformer Essentials and Reformer Intermediate and Advanced must be completed in order to be eligible for the government accredited unit of competency PILEQU501 Teach Reformer Repertoire.
This course will introduce an extensive repertoire of Reformer Intermediate and Advanced exercises. You will also learn about using the Reformer for injuries in the major joints of the body such as the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. This course will assist you to effectively use a Reformer in your rehabilitation work as well as advancing clients who require a challenge.
The repertoire we have included in the Intermediate/Advance curriculum covers traditional Pilates Reformer exercises as well as some developed by Tensegrity Training developed to extend students in working their bodies on the Reformer in Multiplanal ways and with attention to spinal articulation.
We believe that clients need to move in all Planes of Movement and be challenged in their transitions between various joint actions and movement processes.
