Wunda Chair Essentials/Intermediate/Advanced-Short Course
The Wunda Chair is a very versatile piece of equipment and is used to challenge and provide variety for clients. In this one-day course, you will learn Wunda Chair Essentials and Wunda Chair Intermediate/Advanced repertoire to challenge your clients. In the intermediate/advanced Wunda Chair exercises you will learn to cater to different levels of fitness or ability and extend your clients. Parts of the repertoire can be progressed to challenge your most advanced clients.
You will learn how to take clients through these exercises with a range of teaching cues and tools. There will be focus on exercises for specific injuries where the use of the Wunda Chair can target the activation of specific muscles.
This course actively highlights the relationship between the anatomy of the client and the use of Wunda Chair for practitioners with existing experience in teaching movement. The course will assist you to effectively use the Wunda Chair in your work with a range of clients with diverse abilities. It will demonstrate how versatile the Wunda Chair is for various balance work, core control, stretching and working with elderly or Pregnant clients.

Students completing the Wunda Chair Essentials course will be issued with a Certificate of Attendance for professional development purposes and may work towards completing the government accredited unit of competency PILEQU503 by completing the all associated assessment tasks.
