Short Courses

Study and Learn at your Location

At Tensegrity Training students can study anytime, anywhere- as we have trainers and Course Providers in each state of Australia. You can be guaranteed to experience the same quality curriculum and high standard of teaching whether you live in Mackay or Melbourne – Adelaide or Hobart. If you are in a regional area where we don’t operate a permanent training venue, we can send one of our trainers to your location-it’s a great way to upskill your staff in rural Australia. Just send us a message and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to bring our Government Accredited Short Courses and training to your location.

The best news is that if you miss one of your face to face modules in one location you can simply look up our class options and attend that module in another training location.

In the meantime you can complete the online component of the learning process, watch some training videos or view Powerpoints and have some fun completing our online Quizzes.

Are these Short Courses Accredited?

Tensegrity Training has designed its course delivery to comply with all aspects of government accredited training whilst remaining abreast of current research in the Pilates and education field. Our learning material is firmly based on sound scientific theory of exercise and movement principles and focuses on practical application through access to clear theoretical frameworks.

Each of our Short Courses consists of one or more Units of Competency from our Cert IV or Diploma Qualifications.

This means that all the knowledge contained in our comprehensive training manuals is skilfully applied in the classroom and workplace through recurrent practical applications. It also means that if you decide later that you’d like to complete the full Cert IV or Diploma Qualification(s), the Short Course Unit(s) are already done allowing for a seamless articulation into the Qualification of your choice.

Continuing Education and Professional Development

Most of our Short Courses are recognised by Professional Associations for ongoing Continuing Education or Professional Development. If you need Professional Development Points for the coming year and are a member of one of these Professional Associations, consider how many ‘points’ or ‘credits’ are required by the Professional Association and then enrol in the appropriate Short Course.
